Konstrued asks AI models what they say about a business and shows you their answers, with sources where the models cite them. It is an early-access service: features change, limits change, and things occasionally break. We run it carefully, and we do not promise it will always be available or always be right.
The whole point of Konstrued is discovering what AI models actually say about a business, including when what they say is incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The answers on a scan are the models' words, not ours, and not statements of fact by us. Do not make decisions that matter on a scan result without checking the underlying sources — that's rather the point.
Scan businesses you represent or have a genuine interest in understanding. Don't use the service to harass anyone, to scrape or resell scan output at volume, to probe or overload the API, or to misrepresent a scan result as our endorsement or criticism of a business. We rate-limit and cap usage, and we may decline or remove access that works against these terms.
A free account tracks one business — the first one you scan while signed in — and keeps its scan for about 90 days. A site can be rescanned every 7 days: answers rarely move before the models' sources recrawl, so scanning more often would spend money to measure noise. These limits are the shape of the free service, not a temporary restriction we are hiding.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as-is and we are not liable for decisions made on scan results or for what third-party AI models say about any business. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
These terms may change as the service grows; the effective date above moves when they do. Continuing to use the service after a change is acceptance of it.
